Don’t worry, it’s easy. We include simple care instructions with every product. Our leather is naturally tanned and high-quality, so it just needs the occasional wipe-down and conditioner to stay supple. In fact, your purchase comes with a little care kit to get you started. And if it ever needs a refresh, that free restoration service in the first year will make it like new again!
What if it doesn’t fit or something isn’t perfect?
We’ve got you covered. If your dog’s new gear isn’t a perfect fit, we’ll work with you to exchange it for the right size. And in the rare case of any defect or issue, remember our 1-year warranty – we’ll repair or replace it. No matter what, you and your pup’s happiness come first.
